I've built 18+ Power BI dashboards, automated 15+ workflows, and eliminated 630+ hours of manual reporting a year for 40+ users across production, logistics, maintenance, HSE, and planning. That kind of work only happens by sitting with stakeholders long enough to understand their actual problem, not just their data.
